It’s not my thing. But why not give it a try? I like reading several blogs but I never thought of having one. And it took me a long time to pick a domain name too. Err. I don’t even know how to blog properly. Haha. I’ve been wanting to put up a blog since last year, and now here it is!
Let’s start with something simple, shall we? My name is Aian. No, no. That’s not my real name. Why would I spread that info over the net? Ergh. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to give a little info, but my name is important to me. Hahaha!
I was born and raised in Manila, but now I live in Cebu. I’ve been living here for less than a year now, but I still can’t speak Cebuano. I understand a few words though. Cebu’s been pretty healthy for me, since I’m not mad at everything anymore. Just keeping it cool.
I’m 18. And yes, like most teenagers, I’m a happy person.—a very happy one. So happy, that my happy time last Sinulog (Sinulog fever, man) made my parents go berserk on me. I’m like grounded forever, and they’re going to make me quit my job because they don’t trust me. Sucks doesn’t it? Yeah. I’m happy (Not happy about losing my job, but happy to have a mom who’s patient enough to wait for me till 4am –I know, how inconsiderate of me, but I love my mom for being ever so thoughtful).
I don’t think I’m going to see the light of day (or night) ever again. And the worst part is, it’s my fault.
Enough about that.
Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention what my endangered job is. I’m currently training as a customer service representative. Not exactly my ideal first job since it’s a tough and stressful one, but hey, I can live with that! I’m a totally resilient person. In fact, this job suits me well since I’m a night owl. And I want to keep my job (please, please!).
I don’t know what else to put here. Ugh.
Ok, I’ll just brag about my crazy personality.
Happy. Resilient. Musical.
Musical kamo?
I love music, as much as my life. If music was to be taken away from me, I’m as good as dead. YES, DEAD. I can’t survive a day without at least touching my guitar (I’m exaggerating). I wrote a lot of songs, some of them are unfinished, but I’m working on it. Most of my songs are influenced by Evanescence, Creed and some OPM bands.
I listen to other stuff too, but I have parent issues regarding one of my playlists. My parents don’t like listening to skramz, so I have to listen to it when they’re not around. Or else they’ll end up saying
“Ano ba yan, and ingay ingay, ang sakit sa ulo! (It’s so noisy, it gives me a headache!)”
and…
“Naiintindihan mo ba lyrics niyan? Puro nagsisigawan ang panget naman, hindi ko alam kung bakit mo nagustuhan yan (Do you even understand the lyrics? All they do is scream, it sounds ugly, and I don’t know why you even like that!)”
…and stuff like that.
Skramz? CTTS, Saetia, Walls of Jericho –My top 3. I also like listening to metal –Nile, Symphony X, and a little Metallica. My parents disapprove though. When stuck in this parent situation, I just change my playlist. My alternatives are: Up Dharma Down, Kala, Urbandub, Eraserheads, Rivermaya, Bamboo, Mojofly, Orange and Lemons, Parokya ni Edgar, and Sugarfree. That’s pretty much about it.
Being a bum is tough. Heh. That’s why I don’t want to lose my job. In ordinary days, I basically sit down in front of the PC, staring at my playlist, day dreaming, and stuff like that. When I’m in the mood, I cook up a good melody to match my compositions. I spend most of my idle hours in front of the PC, so I learned a lot of Photoshop, and hoping to learn CSS. My dad is a graphic artist, so I’m able to get some tips and tricks from him.
I would go out with friends occasionally, but sometimes I’m too lazy to meet up with them, so I just ditch ‘em. Yeah, I like ditching people.
Bwahahahahaha!
I think that’s all there is to say about me. For now. *Evil Laugh*
